Personal information is used only for the purpose of providing vehicle roadside assistance and will not be sold to a third party or made available for use by third-party applications. Access Roadside Assistance respects the privacy of its customers and team members. In this regard, Access privacy practices are consistent with the Canadian Standards Association’s Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information, which contains ten fair information principles generally described as follows:

Refund Policy

To be reimbursed for any benefit under their membership, the member must first obtain a claim number from Access before incurring any costs for which the member is seeking reimbursement. The member must then provide Access proof of payment of such expense in a form acceptable to Access within thirty (30) days of such expense being incurred. If you have any questions about the integrity of our personal-information privacy policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Access uses essential website technologies for security, navigation, form protection and remembering your privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are disabled by default and are activated only after you make a choice through the cookie banner or preference centre.

When permitted, Google may be used for aggregate analytics, campaign measurement and advertising audiences; Meta may be used for campaign measurement and remarketing; and LinkedIn may be used for business-focused campaign measurement, audience insights and retargeting. Access does not intentionally send form messages, waiver information, names, telephone numbers, email addresses, membership identifiers or payment details to these advertising platforms.

You may reject optional technologies without losing access to the website. You can also reopen Cookie Settings from the footer to change your preference. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking from this website; information already received by a platform may remain subject to that platform’s retention and deletion practices.

For more detail about categories, vendors, purposes and retention, review our Cookie Policy. Access reviews its privacy disclosures and technology practices as services, vendors and regulatory requirements evolve.

Website Forms and Anti-Abuse Processing

When you submit a website form, we collect only the information shown in that form so we can respond to your request, evaluate a partnership or fleet inquiry, or process a submitted waiver. Form information is not intended for unrelated marketing unless you provide separate, explicit consent.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile and security controls such as rate limiting, duplicate detection and technical request checks to protect forms from spam and abuse. For this purpose, the submitting IP address may be processed, retained in security records and included with the authorized internal email notification for the submission. These services may process limited device, network and interaction information for security purposes.

Valid submissions are processed through protected server systems and delivered to authorized personnel. Waiver signatures are stored in private encrypted storage rather than the public website. Operational records and security logs are retained only as long as needed for service, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations, subject to an internal retention schedule.

Access applies administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved and periodically reviews retention, cross-border processing and vendor practices as operations and legal requirements evolve.
