What you’ll do

- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up dates, stages, notes and next steps so opportunities remain measurable and actionable.
- Develop strong long-term relationships with new and existing commercial partners and identify opportunities to expand account usage, services or coverage.
- Coordinate internally with operations, dispatch, customer service and management when a prospective partner requires operational or service information.
- Track outreach, opportunity progress and results and provide clear updates on pipeline activity, challenges and next actions.
Core qualifications

- Confident communicating with owners, managers, directors and other business decision-makers by phone, email, video meeting and in person.
